01

Where generative AI shows up in work

First-party enterprise usage studies document AI use across coding, customer support, content generation, data analysis, summarization, extraction, and agentic workflows. These patterns show where organizations are using AI; they do not prove that every function or organization will benefit.

02

Build trust deliberately

Treat grounding, uncertainty, access permissions, correction paths, data governance, privacy controls, and user capability as design and operating requirements to evaluate for each use case. NIST guidance emphasizes defined roles, risk controls, evaluation, and human oversight across the AI lifecycle.

03

Make adoption an operating capability

Manage adoption as operating change: define owners, train users, evaluate bounded workflows, measure task-level effects, and retain human oversight for consequential decisions. Measures such as time, rework, adoption, and quality are evaluation choices, not guaranteed improvements.
